Gavin Westfall
Gavin was born and raised in Atlanta which has given him a unique advantage when it comes to local market knowledge.
He attended the University of Kentucky and Piedmont University in Athens, GA where he graduated with a B.A. in Political Science. Upon graduation, Gavin began leasing and selling commercial real estate all across metro Atlanta. In a five-year span, Gavin leased over 100,000 square feet of space and brokered several million in sales transaction volume. Such properties include industrial warehouses, raw land, high-rise offices, medical offices, retail, restaurant, and apartment complexes. He entered the residential market in late 2018 and by the beginning of 2021, Gavin had already sold over $10 Million in single-family homes and land sales. His passion for real estate has always been fueled by helping clients sell their homes in the shortest amount of time for the highest price. He also enjoys exploring new areas in pursuit of finding the best home for his client’s needs, for the best value.
